Refunds
We are happy to refund your goods if you submit a returns request form (below) within 15 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be complete, undamaged, and with their original packaging.
Because each brand ships their own products to you, returns will need to be made to the brand's address. We will give you all the details you need when you fill out the form below.
Refunds will be paid when we receive confirmation that the goods have been returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges so if you want to receive a different size you should place a new order online.
Return Shipping
Free returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return label upon you filling out the returns form.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you. You will need to submit a returns request form outlining the issue.
