Shipment processing time
We pass on your orders to each brand, who is responsible for shipping their products to you. If you order products from multiple brands, you will likely receive a different shipment for each brand, each of which will likely arrive at different times.
We expect all orders to be processed within 1-5 business days. This is dependant on each brand's shipping process. If you have any concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking number(s) included. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, Mon-Sat.

COAH, to the best of our ability, strives to provide a seamless experience from order to delivery. We take great care in our shipping carrier and logistics relationships to do all we can to see your order, in your hands in the most efficient and cost effective way.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) will be handled by COAH.
Damages
COAH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do ship internationally, including the UK, Europe, South America and more.
Pricing will be calculated at checkout (between you an I, it's probably less than you might think). Estimated delivery times vary based on country but generally, its 5 business days on the quicker end, and 15 business days on the longer end.
